Terms of Service

These terms apply to the current ChiTV Player iOS/tvOS release.
1. Service and content
ChiTV Player provides media playback and source management. It does not supply video content or content subscriptions. Fresh installations include no sources. Only add sources you own, are authorized to use or may lawfully access, and comply with the provider's terms. The app grants no rights to third-party content and does not guarantee third-party service availability.
2. Free tier and Pro
The free tier permits one saved source. ChiTV Pro offers unlimited source management through a monthly auto-renewable subscription, a yearly auto-renewable subscription, or a lifetime one-time purchase. All three paid plans provide the same source entitlement; other features remain subject to device, operating-system and release capabilities. Pro includes no video content, content licenses, offline downloads or promise to remove all advertising.
3. Purchases and renewal
Prices, currencies and subscription periods are shown by Apple's store in the app. Apple charges your account at purchase confirmation. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal is normally charged within the final 24 hours. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Lifetime is a non-consumable one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Buying lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing subscription; manage it separately. Use Restore Purchases to restore valid entitlements associated with the same Apple account.
4. Expiration and refunds
After expiration, refund or revocation, the app returns to the free allowance and retains existing source configurations; access to excess sources is restricted by the free limit. Apple handles refund requests under its policies.
5. Responsibilities and sync
Do not infringe others' rights, bypass content access controls or interfere with services. Third-party providers are responsible for their content and service operation. Optional iCloud sync depends on your Apple account, connectivity and service availability and is not a substitute for a backup.
6. License and consumer rights
The app license is governed by Apple's Standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
